He graduated from Doyle High School and then graduated with a degree in Agriculture from Southeastern University in 1967. Andrew was born in Frost, Louisiana in December of 1941 to Dennis and Veda Mae Watts and was named after his maternal uncle, Andrew Sibley and Uncle Morris Edwin Miller who was married to his maternal Aunt Lillie (Sibley). Beloved Daddy and Paw Paw, Andrew Edwin Watts Sr., 81, of Denham Springs, passed away on Februfrom congestive heart disease.
